• Paul Roberts the owner of High Country Electronics is the real deal. We'd been dealing with the supposed "Experts" that fast talked us and overcharged us repeatedly. Not good.Mr Roberts is honest and kept his promise to get us straightened out in a more than timely fashion.He did exactly what was needed for a very fair price. Use him, he's great.

  • My husband and I purchase a SONOS sound bar with wireless speakers. We had problems setting it up. We called and Paul came right over put everything together - added a piece so that I did not have to open my cabinet when changing channels - set up the speakers and also showed us how to use the system with our IPAD and cell phones.   • I have worked with Paul for over four years on both small and large projects. I was first introduced to High Country Electronics (HCE) by the Owner rep on a small country club renovation we were doing and I though great, an Owner referred sub that I have never worked with. This is going to be a challenge……boy was I completely wrong!! Paul and his team turned out to be one of the best subs I have ever worked with and is very experienced in his field. Not only does he completely excel in his industry but he and his team worked seamlessly with the electrical contractor and us as the GC to provide the client the highest level of workmanship I have seen in my 24 years. There were few, if any, punchlist items and HCE goes the extra mile to ensure everything is into two other properly working. I have brought HCE larger projects in which he has completed them both in the same exact manner as the first despite the numerous challenges and Owner changes, upgrades, etc. HCE is always on top of his changes with accurate, detailed pricing and shop drawings showing the conduits needed and all labeled clearly! In the most recent project, the Loggerhead Marine Life Center in Juno Beach, Paul spent numerous hours with myself and the Owner reviewing and assisting in the complete design of their A/V systems including an indoor theater that exceeds what most commercial theaters strive to achieve. He also installed the access control, data/phone and a 196” video wall. Paul and his crew are focused on working as a team and building relationships while being laser focused on the details. I have seen several companies just “sit back” and go by the plans without really caring of the final outcome. HCE is truly the best of the best in the industry! I could go on and on about his dedication to each project he has successfully completed.
